• Review Purchase Agreements for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate all details of the transaction to the other agent, lender, and title company
• Send milestone updates to the buyer or seller  
• Oversee and manage all important dates of the transaction
• Ensure the appraisal comes in at purchase price with no work orders
• Obtain the written statement from the lender
• Submit files to the brokerage for compliance
• Submit the closing worksheet (if applicable) to the brokerage
• Provide all copies of all documents and details of the transaction to you
