Once you have a fully executed purchase agreement, Home Free TC steps in to manage the administrative details of the transaction from contract to close.

• Introduce our team to your client and key transaction partners 
• Send milestone updates to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction 
• Track and remind you of important contract dates and deadlines 
• Share key transaction dates with your calendar 
• Distribute fully executed documents 
• Assist with brokerage compliance and file submission 
• Prepare and submit closing worksheets when applicable 
• Follow up on appraisal status 
• Obtain lender written statements 
• Request repair receipts and paid invoices when applicable 
• Confirm lender and title have the documents and information needed for closing 
• Help prepare clients for closing

Yes. Home Free TC provides transaction coordination services for real estate agents and teams in Minnesota and Wisconsin. MLS listing management services are currently available in Minnesota.

How much does Home Free TC transaction coordination cost?
Our standard transaction coordination service is $500 per transaction and is paid upon successful closing. 

Will I have the same transaction coordinator on my files?
Yes. Our model is built around providing you with a dedicated, go-to transaction coordinator who gets to know you, your business, your clients, and your preferences, while being supported by the larger Home Free TC team. 

Will Home Free TC communicate directly with my clients?
Yes. We send milestone communications throughout the transaction and keep you copied on correspondence. 

Do I still communicate with my clients?
Absolutely. You're still their real estate agent and trusted advisor. We recommend agents continue checking in with their clients regularly while we handle the administrative communication and coordination behind the scenes.

Do I have to hire a full-time transaction coordinator?
No. Home Free TC allows agents to outsource transaction coordination on a per-file basis rather than hiring, training, and managing an additional employee.

Can Home Free TC help with listings before they are under contract?
Yes. In Minnesota, we offer MLS Listing Management and Listing Management Deluxe services to assist with administrative tasks associated with preparing and managing listings.
